An independent family owned business founded in 2002, based in the oldest working cider mill in the UK. Sandfords is based in the heart of Devon which has the perfect microclimate to grow cider apples.

Brewed in the heart of Dartmoor, the brewery boast 4 ingredients; English malt, the finest hops, it’s own strain of yeast, and pure Dartmoor water, added with some great people and a touch of magic.

Over the border in local Somerset, Myrtle Farm is at the foot of the Mendip Hills, with Cider making stated as their pride and joy, Thatchers have been making cider since 1904, the same family, four generations later, over 116 years of expertise.

Based in Exeter in Devon, Frobisher use the finest fresh quality ingredients and use plastic free packaging.

With apples picked locally in and around Branscombe, Gavin makes and bottles the juice locally himself and delivers to us on a regular basis, and can also be found at the bar himself.

Christopher Piper was established in 1979 by Chris Piper after he worked in Beaujolais as a wine maker. They supply independent establishments in the South West and are based in Ottery St Mary, just down the road. They support us in tailor making the wine list to support our menu and our guests.

Set up by a family in the village of Broadhembury, Tony and his wife 20 years ago, Forest produce pride themselves on delivering the finest ingredients from the local community. They source as much as possible from local markets, and only deal in the highest quality.

This is the oldest specialist wholesaler of fresh produce in the south west and is based in Newton Abbott, developing projects such as ‘plough to plate’ establishing connections between small scale artisan producers and foodservice customers across the region.

A Devon based family owned business, supplying fish since 1985. They pride themselves on their selection of fish being sourced in a traceable and responsible manner.

Just down the road in Honiton, Complete Meats prides itself on supplying fresh locally produced meat.

A 500 acre soil association certified organic beef and sheep farm, located in the village of Branscombe. Family run, and we have been on many a farm visit and been impressed by the care and attention the animals receive. They farm Lleyn Sheep and Aberdeen Angus and Hereford Cattle.
